Ralco's flexible ducting hose range is designed for applications including the transfer of abrasive materials, air, dust and fumes as well as solid media, under low-pressure suction and discharge at high, medium or low temperatures.

Many of our Flexible Ducting hose meet the industry standard approvals for applications including, food contact, Flame retardant and anti-static. These specifications include FDA, EU Directive, 2002/72/EC, 2008/39/EC, 2975/2009, BfR, TRBS 2153 (Formerly BGR 132), UL94-HB. UL94-V2, UL94-V0 and DIN 4102-B1.

Ralco offer high abrasion resistant polyurethane flexible ducting hoses in bore sizes from 25mm to 1000mm. With varying polyurethane thicknesses, from 0.4mm to 3.5mm, our PU flexible ducting hoses are designed for the extraction of many highly abrasive items including, sand, dust, powder, fibres, glass, gravel, grain, chips and granulates.

The majority of our High Abrasion resistant flexible ducting hoses are manufactured using a special premium quality Ether-polyurethane.

We are pleased to announce that we have designed a new range of High Abrasion resistant hoses and hose assemblies that can be used on silo vehicles and offer many advantages over heavy, inflexible rubber hoses including greater abrasion resistance.

Within this range, we are pleased to offer a range of High Temperature, food quality to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, 178.2010 and EU Directive 2002/72/EC, flame retardant to UL94-HB and UL94-V2, anti-static according to TRBS 2153, microbe and hydrolysis resistant abrasion resistant flexible ducting hoses.

The Ralco range of PVC and crush proof EVA flexible ducting hoses are available in bore sizes from 20mm to 500mm. Our flexible PVC and EVA ducting hoses are designed for the conveyance/extraction of powdery solids such as dust, powder and fibres, for gaseous media such as vapours and smoke, for ventilation and air conditioning.

Within this range we can offer hoses of varying wall thickness, phthalate free, flame retardant to UL94-HB, anti-static according to TRBS 2153 and electrically conductive.

Ralco offer Air conditioning, ventilation and welding fume extraction flexible ducting hoses in bore sizes from 40mm to 1000mm in lengths up to 15 metres. This range of flexible ducting is designed for applications including welding gas extraction, chemical vapour extraction, hot and cold air extraction and ventilation extraction applications.

Within our ventilation hose range we can offer hoses that are ATEX approved, electrically conductive, anti-static and flame retardant.

Ralco's range of dust extraction polyurethane flexible ducting hoses for the Wood Industry are available in bore sizes from 38mm to 400mm. Our flexible Wood Industry ducting hoses are designed for the extraction of wood dust and wood chips on wood processing machines; for abrasive solids such as dust, powder, fibres and chips, for de-dusting and suction plants; for CNC machines.

Within the range of flexible ducting for the Wood Industry we can offer ducting hoses with varying wall thicknesses, in both ester and ether grades of polyurethane, flame retardant to UL94-HB, UL94-V0 and DIN 4102-B1 and also anti-static according to TRBS 2153.

Ralco offer ATEX approved, electrically conductive and anti-static flexible ducting hoses in bore sizes from 25mm to 1000mm. Within our flexible Electrically Conductive and Anti-Static flexible ducting hoses we offer products designed according to the new ATEX Directive, ATEX 94/9/EC and TRGS 727 for transporting flammable and non-flammable materials in areas liable to contain explosive mixtures and for and industrial vacuum cleaners.

Within the range of flexible ducting for Electrically Conductive and Anti-Static requirements we can offer hoses made from various materials including, conductive polyurethane and polyethylene, Viton, PTFE, CSM and EVA. Flexible ducting hoses within this range are according to the new ATEX Directive and the German TRBS 2153 regulation.

Hose from <10¹¹Ω to <10³Ω are available.

Flexible Ducting Hose » Food & Pharmaceutical

Ralco offer food & pharmaceutical industry flexible ducting hose in bore sizes from 25mm (1") to 1000mm (40"). Our flexible Food & Pharmaceutical Industry ducting hoses have been specifically designed for the extraction of abrasive solids such as powder, chips and granules; for gaseous and liquid media; for vacuum cleaners, conveying systems, blowers and compressors in the food and pharmaceutical industry.

Within our food and pharmaceutical ducting range we offer hoses with steel or stainless steel wires, with wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 6mm, food quality to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010 or EU Directive 200/72/EC, microbe and hydrolysis resistant, odourless and tasteless, flame retardant to UL94-V2, ATEX approved, electically conductive or anti-static according to TRBS 2153.

Ralco offer vehicle exhaust gas flexible ducting hoses in bore sizes from 51mm (2") to 250mm (10"). Our flexible Exhaust Gas ducting hoses are designed for the extraction of engine exhaust gas in cars, motorsport, buses, fire engines, lorries and trucks; for hose reels; for slotted floor channels; for above and below floor suction extraction.

Within the range of flexible ducting of Exhaust Gas we can offer ducting for temperatures up to +300°C in both film and clip style profiles.

Ralco offer high temperature flexible ducting hose to +1100 in bore sizes from 19mm to 1000mm. Our flexible High Temperature ducting hoses are designed for the extraction/transfer of hot and cold air; for gaseous media such as vapours and smoke; for steam extraction; blast furnace exhaust and welding gas exhaust; aircraft construction and military construction.

Within the range of flexible ducting hoses for High Temperature applications we can offer ducting hoses made from various materials including, TPE, Neoprene, CSM, PTFE, Teflon, Silicone and Coated Glass Fabric.

We can offer High Temperature ducting hoses for applications from -150°C to +900°C and for short periods +1100°C.

Ralco also offer a comprehensive range of accessories to complement our flexible ducting hose range, these include our standard mikalor clips and clamps as well as our bridge-clips, wire-clips, food quality clamps and screw-on cuffs.

Our range of flexible ducting hose connectors range in size from 25mm to 300 and include Storz couplings, BSP threaded fittings, stainless steel Tri-clover fittings, flanged ends and plain screw-on cuffs.

Our range of flexible ducting hose clips and clamps can be offered in size ranging from 8mm up to 500mm and are available in either/or steel and stainless steel.
