Ralco offer high temperature flexible ducting hose to +1100 in bore sizes from 19mm to 1000mm. Our flexible High Temperature ducting hoses are designed for the extraction/transfer of hot and cold air; for gaseous media such as vapours and smoke; for steam extraction; blast furnace exhaust and welding gas exhaust; aircraft construction and military construction.

Within the range of flexible ducting hoses for High Temperature applications we can offer ducting hoses made from various materials including, TPE, Neoprene, CSM, PTFE, Teflon, Silicone and Coated Glass Fabric.

We can offer High Temperature ducting hoses for applications from -150°C to +900°C and for short periods +1100°C.

This hose has spring steel helix trapped between an outer layer of neoprene coated/impregnated fibreglass fabric and an inner liner of neoprene coated fibreglass. The strong outer double retention cord is of a similar material.
