Description: A highly flexible tough polyurethane ducting made from a single ply Polyester based polyurethane with a coated spring steel helix. A robust ducting which provides a long service life. Ideal for the conveyance of highly abrasive materials such as sawdust, wood splinters, metal filings andgranulate. For use in foundry and general industrial applications. Good chemical resistance makes this ducting suitable for fume extraction in the chemical and oil industries.

Features:
Durable: outstanding resistance to internal and external abrasion, combined with excellent pierceresistance.
Lightweight: light in weight and easy to handle.
Flexible: this ducting has been engineered by optimizing wire thickness, wire pitch and polyurethane grade to give excellent flexibility and a high flex life.
Chemical resistance: good resistance to many oils, greases, solvents and industrial chemicals in the vapour phase at moderate concentrations.
Physical Properties: Good UV and ozone resistance to ozone.
Standard Length: 10 metres.
Colour: transparent.
Temperature Range: -30°C to + 110°C in 20°C ambient.
