Description: Ralco HC118 textile reinforced PVC hose has been designed as a high visibility multi-purpose EC compliant, soft, flexible PVC hose with polyester/textile yarn reinforcement. It is manufactured from cadmium and silicone-free materials, using a special PVC that can reduce the taint of drinking water.

Temperature: -15°C +60°C.

Application: Designed for applications including pneumatics, irrigation, agriculture, marine & leisure, food, automotive, industrial/domestic window cleaning, aerospace as well as personal & respiratory breathing protection equipment.

Advantages: Available in mulitple colours, medium weight and very flexible, high working and burst pressures, resistant to weather conditions.

Specification: BS EN ISO 5774, EC and NSF51 compliant for food equipment materials and contact applications, RoHS compliant.

Colours: High visibility yellow

Specials: Subject to minimum order quantities the hose can be branded and manufactured in non-standard colours and sizes.

• Ralco HC118 High-Vis is a key health & safety high visibility hose which raises the profile and creates greater awareness of the hose, whilst enhancing safety in the working environment. The hose has been tested for chromaticity to EN ISO 471:2003 section 5.1, 5.1.1 and table 2.
• Ralco HC118 High-Vis hose can be used for a diverse range of applications such as the transfer of food, water, air, chemicals, gas, fuels and oils.
• Ralco HC118 High-Vis has been designed for the safe conveyance of air and water in low light conditions at the same time as developing key awareness of the working environment.
