Description: Clip Hose, electrically conductive suction and blast flexible ducting hose; PVC < 10⁶ Ω, lightweight, bore sizes up to 1000mm (40"), to +110°C

Application: Ralco CPI475E clip hose is a flexible ducting designed for transporting gases, dust, powder and fibres; for welding fume extraction and on extraction arms; chemical industry for chemical vapours, vapour return hose on loading arms, paint steam, spray mist extraction, explosion hazard areas.

Properties: Fabric reinforced; abrasion protection via external clamp profile; anti-adhesive; good resistance to alkalis and acids; good resistance to chemicals; lightweight, flexible and compressible; Surface resistance approx, < 10⁶ Ω conforms to RoHS guidelines.

Temperature Range: -10°C to +80°C approx.; short period to +110°C

Design, material: Patented clamp profile CP design; clamp profile supporting spiral: galvanised steel; Wall: PVC coated fabric
