Description: Clear abrasion-proof and antistatic polyurethane suction and blast flexible ducting hose; PUR < 10⁹ Ω and stainless steel, lightweight and compressible at a 3:1 ratio.

Application: Ralco PPUI330MA is clear flexible ducting hose, designed for transporting gases and abrasive dust, powder, fibres. For use in the food industry and pharmaceutical industries for conveying foodstuff including rice, cereals, sugar, milk powder, powders, coffee, tea, grains, flour, frozen foods. Also used in mixer, dryer, packaging machines, bulk-bag charging and discharging, extraction arms in explosion hazard areas.

Properties: Permanently anti-static wall; electrical and surface resistance < 10⁹ Ω in accordance with ATEX 2014/34/EU and TRBS 2153: aspiration of combustible dust (zone 22 indoor), for conveying non-flammable liquids, for use in zone 1 and 2 (gases). Abrasion-proof polyurethane, optimized flow properties; food grade wall, complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, EU directive 10/2011 and the latest Directive 2015/174; odourless and tasteless; microbe and hydrolysis resistant; good resistance to oil, gasoline and chemicals.

Temperature Range: -40°C to +90°C.

Design, material: Tape hose; spring steel wire integrated in wall; Spiral; stainless steel wire; extruded tape; Wall: permanently antistatic premium ether-polyurethane (Pre-PUR®); wall thickness 0.6mm
