Tube: Black, smooth, heat and saturated steam resistant EPM rubber.

Reinforcement: High resistant synthetic textile fabrics.

Cover: Black, smooth heat, abrasion, ozone and weather EPDM rubber. The cover is pinpricked to prevent blistering and bubbling.

Applications: Ralco HA400 black mandrel built rubber 7 bar steam hose is designed for saturated steam (max 7 bar at 164°C = 85 PSI at 327°F) in indoor or outdoor general steam service applications.

Specification: Meets ISO 6134 1/A and BS 5122 Type A1

Standard Lengths: Up to and including inside diameter 60mm: 40m.

Temperature Range: Working temperature: -40°C to +164°C(+327°F).

Recommendations: Use only couplings with safety clamps. Check coupling tightness before every utilisation. Drain after use. When not in use, store the hose on a flat surface (shelves) and never hang from a hook.
