Ralco's PVC air hose range includes products manufactured from PVC, TPR, TPE and polyurethane. Ralco's layflat air hoses are available in yellow and black with working pressures of 15 bar and 22.5 bar. Layflat air hoses are generally used when a light weight, high quality, product is demanded. Layflat air hoses are also beneficial when space or storage are at a premium, layflat air hoses take up less than a quarter of the space required by traditional air hoses. Large bore Layflat Air hoses are much easier to handle than mandrel built rubber hoses.

Ralco offer a range of compressed air hose assemblies in long length rubber, mandrel built rubber, PVC, polyurethane, TPR and layflat type both in yellow or black covers.

Our air hose assemblies can be fitting with quick release european twist compressed air fittings, US QAY type quick release fittings, Macdonald fittings and FBSP swivel interlocking fittings and brass hose tails. Steam & Hot Water Hose

Ralco's steam hose and hot water hose ranges are designed to be used in applications where temperatures can reach up to +232 with pressure up to 18 bar.

At Ralco we understand that safety is paramount in any steam hose application and therefore are pleased to offer our hose testing services for any assemblies that are purchased from us.

Our steam hose range meets EN ISO 6134/2A, detailed below:

EN ISO 6134 Type 1 = For hot water and saturated steam, textile reinforcement, with a working pressure of up to 6 bar at a maximum temperature of +164.

EN ISO 6134 Type 2/A = For hot water and saturated steam, wire braid reinforcement, with a working pressure of up to 18 bar at a maximum temperature of +210.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: 1. All hoses used for steam should be clearly marked as steam hose with working pressure and temperature rating.2. It is important that working pressure and temperature is not exceeded.3. Do not allow hose to remain under pressure when not in use.4. We recommend that all steam hoses are drained after use to avoid damage.5. Avoid excess bending or flexing near the hose couplings.6. Carry out periodic inspections of hose including checking for blisters and lumps.

Ralco offer high abrasion resistant polyurethane flexible ducting hoses in bore sizes from 25mm to 1000mm. Designed for working pressures up to 10 bar (150psi) and used on portable compressors Ralco's range or air fittings are available in sizes 1/4" to 1" with either hose tails with or without a safety collar and pin holes, with BSP threads (European QR Range) or NPT Threads (Universal US QAY Range) and manufactured in malleable iron or stainless stainless.
