Ralco Part Number: APU356A Description: Abrasion-proof polyurethane suction and transport flexible ducting hose; Super heavy duty version, smooth bore, vacuum proof, anti-static. Applications: Ralco APU356A is designed for high flow-rates of extremely abrasive solids such as sand, gravel, grain, refuse glass and chips; for gaseous and liquid media; for silo vehicles; as conveying hose in glassworks, docks, steelworks, quarries, shipyards and cement works. Properties: Super Heavy duty, extremely abrasion resistant with reinforcement underneath the wire with a reduced hose pitch; very high, vacuum and compression resistance; microbe resistant; good resistance to oil, gasoline and chemicals; Permanently anti-static wall: electrical and surface resistance < 10⁹ Ω in accordance with ATEX 2014/34/EU and TRGS 727: pneumatic transport of flammable dusts and bulk materials (Zone 20, 21, 22 indoor), aspiration of combustible dusts (Zone 22 indoor), for conveying of flammable liquids (Zone 0, 1, 2 indoor), for conveying non-flammable liquids, for use in zone 1 and 2 (gases), for use in zone 0 (gases); conforms to RoHS guideline. Temperature Range: -40°C to +90°C approx.; short time to +125°C approx.
