Ralco Part Number: AA121

Description: Ralco AA121 EPDM hot water rubber suction hose assemblies are manufactured using our heavy duty EPDM rubber wire armoured 120°C 16 bar hot water hose. Each assembly can be fitted with either galvanised steel or stainless steel bauer couplings, alloy or stainless steel camlock couplings, steel or stainless steel female BSP/male BSP fittings and steel or stainless steel flanges (PN16, ASA150, Table D, E). Our AA121 hoses are assembled using steel or stainless steel ferrules, we can also offer interlocking safety ferrules for higher temperature and pressure applications. Our AA121 hot water hoses are used in applications where pressurised hot water is required including portable and temporary boiler solutions and also on steam and heat pumps.

Sizes: 3/4" (19mm) to 5" (127mm).

End Fittings: Hoses can be supplied fitted with camlock, bauer or flanged end fittings, subject to temperature and pressure, swaged on using external ferrules.

Hose Lengths: Standard lengths are 5 metre, 10 metre and 15 metre, however, size dependant bespoke lengths up to 61 metres are also available.
